Cherry almond smoothie

Cherries are totally underrated as smoothie ingredients. I had been experimenting with new smoothie flavors, when I realized, I had not made one cherry-based smoothie — ever! Cherries are full of antioxidants, promote healthy sleep, and may even reduce post-exercise inflammation and pain. For someone training for a marathon like me, it’s an ingredient to definitely be added into a daily diet. Cherries are harder to find in the frozen food aisle than other berries, but I managed to find them in several local stores. If you’re unable to find them, you’ll (sadly!) have to wait until summer, then pit and freeze a bunch for later. Cherries are sweeter than strawberries, so they hold up well against almond milk. Pink, raspberry crepes perfect for Valentine’s Day, every day

Guys, listen up. If you’re going to serve breakfast in bed on Valentine’s Day, it should definitely be these pink, raspberry crepes. They’re sweet and delicious, and definitely photogenic — think: mad props for your efforts posted on her Instagram account. With just a few ingredients on the list, they’re way less difficult to pull off than they appear. Starbucks “Pink Drink” Goes Public for Summer 2017

If you’ve never heard of the Starbucks “Pink Drink,” then you must not be female. Last summer, the picture perfect pink drink was the envy of every girly Instagram feed on the globe. It was beautiful, icy, mysterious and could only be ordered off of the company’s “secret menu.” Starbucks announced this week that the Pink Drink has now officially joined the  year-round menu.
