Hurricane Harvey made landfall two days ago and dumped more than 2 feet of rain on thousands of people in Houston and on the Gulf Coast. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott activated the entire Texas National Guard. As the hurricane continues to drop heavy rainfall and floodwaters continue to rise, many organizations are doing vital work to help the FEMA estimated 30,000 people without shelter and thousands more who are struggling during this difficult time.
