National Cupcake Day is one of those food holidays we hold dear. It’s hard to come by any actual history of the holiday, but whoever made December 15 an actual day on the food calendar, is my kind of person. This year the holiday falls on a Friday, so there really isn’t any reason to skip the celebration.
