There are two kinds of people in the world — those who can’t wait for warm cookies to come out of the oven and those who have no dough left when it’s time to make those cookies.

If you’re part of the better half, try this recipe below. It’s completely safe to eat since it has no eggs, and it can keep for a few days if properly refrigerated.

Cookie Dough

Ingredients

Servings: 4-6

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

2. Spread flour on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes — this kills bacteria.

3. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and salt.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then separate into 2 sections (or more if you want to make more varieties!).

5. Enjoy!
