Any health-conscious consumer has probably scoped out Panera’s nutrition menu for a few healthy items for on-the-go eating. Sadly, the broccoli cheese bread bowl doesn’t make the cut for most diets.

But Panera now has a “hidden menu.” These alternative items are more in line with a high-protein, low processed-carbs diet.

You won’t find these items on the traditional menu, but employees at every location are guaranteed to know what you’re ordering — something that doesn’t always happen at Starbucks or other locations boasting “secret menu” items. (I felt the need to test this claim at a nearby Panera location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the cashier didn’t even hesitate.)

Given that every item, oddly, has the word “power” in the title, they probably should have just called it the “Power Menu.”

Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey – Sliced roasted all-natural turkey, egg whites, warm baby spinach, roasted peppers, and basil pesto. 190 calories, 7 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 500 mg sodium, 7 g carbs, 2 g fiber, 1 g sugar, 25 g protein
