Eating a veggie diet at the ballpark this summer doesn’t have to be all peanuts and Crackerjacks (though those are vegan, too!). Stadiums around the country are hitting it out of the park when it comes to vegan-friendly food options. If you’re wondering where you can buy the best vegan bratwurst, animal rights organization PETA has released its annual list of the top 10 vegan-friendly Major League Baseball parks.

Also check out which condiments are PETA-approved for vegans.

1. Globe Life Park in Arlington (Texas Rangers)

It may come as a surprise that barbecue-loving Texas hosts the most vegan-friendly ballpark, but Ranger’s stadium has earned the praise by offering Texas classics with a vegan twist. Street tacos with Beyond Meat beef crumbles, Frito pies, and Black bean tamales are just a few foods vegan fans in Texas can enjoy.

2. Citi Field (New York Mets)

Citi Field takes second place on the list for its new, 2019 addition of 100% vegan concession stand, Marty’s V Burger. Vegans can enjoy vegan takes on ballpark classics including Beyond Burgers with melty vegan cheddar cheeses and Beyond Meat brats, or experience something different like edamame dumplings.

3. Target Field (Minnesota Twins)

Target Field topped last year’s list and takes a respectable third place spot this year. Vegan offerings from Minneapolis’ The Herbivorous Butcher sound delicious — try the Italian Sausages and Sriracha Brats.

4. Oracle Park (San Francisco Giants)

Oracle Park has also made improvements since last year — jumping from the #9 spot to #4.  Oracle Park even has its very own garden! Delicious items to look for include Orlando’s Caribbean BBQ Cha-Cha Bowl (order with no meat), the vegan gelato, and vegan burgers and nachos.

5. Progressive Field (Cleveland Indians)

The home of the Cleveland Indians offers all of the classics in veg-form so vegans don’t have to miss out on any of the iconic ballpark experience. Check out the vegan grilled cheeses sandwiches from Melt Bar and Grilled, vegan tacos from Barrio, vegan ice cream from Sweet Moses, and vegan dogs from Happy Dog.

And more…

The rest of the list honors New York’s Yankee Stadium, Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium, the Seattle Mariners’ T-Mobile Park, the Kansas City Royals’ Kauffman Stadium and the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Chase Field.
