Cherry almond smoothie

Cherries are totally underrated as smoothie ingredients. I had been experimenting with new smoothie flavors, when I realized, I had not made one cherry-based smoothie — ever! Creamy lemon, greek yogurt protein smoothie

This is one of those smoothie recipes that seem too simple to share, but it’s also so deliciously tart, I couldn’t resist! Just a few ingredients and this high-protein smoothie will keep you full for hours. Summer mornings sound like they should be leisurely, but instead, they seem more hectic. We try to wring that daylight savings time for all it’s worth. Between running five miles and running errands, doing yard work and doing yoga, sometimes breakfast first thing in the morning gets the ax. But you should never completely skip out on the first meal. It’s important to fuel all of those activities with good nutrition that can keep you going through it all. That’s why in summer, smoothies are a savior. This four ingredient smoothie blend will give you about 26g of protein and only about 285 calories — that’s a win! Creamy lemon, greek yogurt protein smoothie Serves…
