You may have heard the old cliche about a pregnant woman craving pickles and ice cream. Well, if they want soft serve, it’s now a reality.

The Lucky Pickle Dumpling restaurant in New York City is offering pickle soft serve. According to Time Out New York, the ice cream is infused with cucumber juice to get the sweet-and-salty tasty right.

The pickle has seen a renaissance of late, with Sonic rolling out a pickle juice slushie this summer and festivals like the annual Picklesburgh in Pittsburgh.

Here are five other interesting combinations with pickle:

Pickle Popsicles

Bob’s Pickle Pops have been around since 2007, and Van Holten’s got in the game last year with Pickle Ices.

Pickle SODA

Pickle juice soda is brought to you by Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop. Here’s how Vat19 described it: “The carbonated condiment blends the deliciousness of a sour dill pickle with the sweetness of pure cane sugar to create a unique but mellow flavor.”

dill pickle mints

These mints from Archie McPhee have been around since at least 2012 and they apparently taste just like a dill pickle.

Do you know someone who’s been naughty? Or maybe a pickle fan who’s been nice? These would be right up your alley (or chimney).

From gummie pickles to pickle barrels (imagine a root beer barrel) to a pickle-flavored Pop Rocks-type candy, the line of candy options is growing.
