Peaches and Cream protein smoothie
- 5 ounces low-fat greek yogurt
- 8-9 ounces frozen peaches (or use 1 large peach, pitted + 1 cup ice cubes)
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy right away.
