It’s once again Lent and the season for seafood, and this year many chain restaurants are offering some serious specials and deals. In case you’re looking to grabs some grub between now and Easter, here’s a roundup of those national restaurants offering seafood specials.
A&W
The nation’s oldest fast food restaurant is offering new Pub-Style Baskets filled with either 16 crispy-fried shrimp, three pieces of crispy cod, or two Cod Sliders, served with fries and coleslaw. Find a location near you.
Arby’s
Arby’s is offering a new Fish ‘N Cheddar sandwich along with the return of their Crispy Fish Sandwich. Both are available for a limited time as part of the two for $6 fish sandwich deal.
Bojangles’
The BoJangler dinner platter is back for the Lent season, while supplies last. The platter features a crispy-fried and seasoned Alaskan Pollock filet, with American cheese and tartar sauce served on a toasty, buttery bun.
Boston Market
Fridays during Lent take advantage of the special Baked Cod dinner.
Carl’s Jr
The Beer Battered Fish Sandwich is back. Choose from regular or spicy, and score the two for $5 deal special for Lent.
Chick-fil-A
Usually all about chicken, Chick-fil-A is ready to satisfy fans with it’s Fish Sandwich, available for a limited time. The sandwich features pieces of breaded and fried Pacific cod filet and comes in either Traditional (two pieces of fish, dill pickles, tartar sauce on a buttered and toasted bun) or Delux (two pieces of fish, tomato, lettuce, and American cheese on a buttered and toasted bun). Dairy Queen
Choose from the Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich or Popcorn Shrimp Basket. Sandwich features fried, breaded Alaskan pollock, lettuce, and tartar sauce, while the basket includes breaded popcorn shrimp, fries, and cocktail sauce. Find a DQ.
Del Taco
Jumbo Shrimp are back for a limited time at Del Taco. The chain is also running a two for $4 deal on their menu Beer Battered Fish Tacos.

Baja Shrimp is back at El Pollo Loco, but only through Lent.
Jack in the Box
The Fish Sandwich is back along with a new Deluxe version. The Deluxe consists of two crispy Alaskan pollock fillets, two slices of American cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and tartar sauce on a toasted bun. The Fish Sandwich comes with one filet, and skips the tomato and cheese. Prices vary but sit around $4.99.
Long John Silver’s
A seafood restaurant ready for Lent all year long. LJS has several Lent deals, including an all-you-can-eat fish, chicken, and sides offer for just $7.99 on Sundays.
McDonald’s
The long time favorite, Filet-O-Fish is available every day with deals that vary by location.
